warm breakfastfitness suite charge
The buffet breakfast seemed only warm. it was a bit of a letdown. they also added a charge for using the fitness suite. I found this unexpected. it was like an extra cost on top of everything else. i think access to the fitness facilities should be included in the room rate. this policy detracted from the overall experience.

i was greeted warmly upon arrival. the room was big and very clean. it included a huge flat screen tv. there were lots of facilities. i also enjoyed the bath and shower.
the window airflow was limited, i couldn't cool the room down enough.

i found good parking easily available. the breakfast room was nicely presented. the staff were helpful. the modern, refurbished rooms were of a high standard.
the wifi kept dropping, it was really bad. there was also no air conditioning in the rooms. i could only use a plug in fan to cool the room. i could not get to sleep because the ventilation fan in the ceiling was noisy.

I found my Double Room clean on arrival. The check in was simple and quick. The menu had a amazing choice of meals.

the breakfast had superb options! a wedding i attended featured delicious food everyone complimented. they had an amazing selection of pastries and fruit brought to the room on the morning of our wedding, how amazing!

my room was spacious with comfy pillows and soft towels. the hotel has a beautiful scent as you walk into the reception. rooms include a fan to keep you cool when the rooms are too hot. we really enjoyed every minute.

the bedside lights were poorly designed for reading the designer prioritized aesthetics over functionality i found the lack of a shaver socket in the bathroom inconvenient the shower only had an overhead waterfall feature there was no alternative option available i had to use the shower to fill the bath because the bath flow was very slow
